Proficiency Levels On Selected NAEP By District

Summary: NAEP Trial Urban District Assessment (TUDA) for cities with populations of 250,000 or more

This database presents results from the NAEP Trial Urban District Assessment (TUDA) for cities with populations of 250,000 or more. The NAEP is the largest nationally representative and continuing assessment of what America's students know and can do in various subject areas. Assessments are conducted periodically in mathematics, reading, science, writing, the arts, civics, economics, geography, U.S. history and beginning in 2014, in Technology and Engineering Literacy (TEL). NAEP assessments are administered uniformally across the nation, and NAEP results serve as a common metric for all states and selected urban districts.  Data are not available for all possible combinations of categories, subjects, and districts.
