This database contains fall semester enrollment  by gender and ethnicity for individual California community colleges.  Total enrollment figures do not reflect Full Time Equivalent (FTE) enrollment, which may be much lower.  California totals may reflect missing data that has been estimated by the Research & Analysis Unit at the Chancellor's Office.  See the Chancellor's Office for ethnicity definitions.
