    • Nondefense: total payments for individuals
    • Non-defense: all other grants
    • Nondefense: net interest
    • Nondefense: all other
    • Nondefense: undistributed offsetting receipts.
    • Nondefense: total payments for individuals reflects the sum of Nondefense: direct payments for individuals and Nondefense: payments for individuals through grants to state and local governments.
